Wagyū Ryōtei Bungo Ōmiya-ten

Wagyu Ryotei Bungo Omiya is a yakiniku restaurant in Kyoto that serves a wagyu course. It sits on the grounds of Kyoto Tsubakidori Hotel, a short walk from Shijo-Omiya Station. The wagyu omakase course brings out one piece each of yukhoe, aburi meat, sirloin sukiyaki, and pot rice. Staff at the counter grill the meat in front of you and explain how to eat each dish, and the course includes raw meat and raw tongue, which is heavy going for anyone who prefers only cooked meat.
