縁 vegetable Cafe＆BAR

Yen Vegetable Cafe & BAR is a vegan bar in central Kawaramachi, Kyoto, next to Takashimaya, serving dishes and drinks made with domestic and organic vegetables. Its vegetable parfait uses more than ten kinds of vegetables and fruits, served with salt, doenjang, and olive oil, alongside natural wine and plum wine. The owner visits farms directly to select seasonal vegetables, and counter seats let guests hear about the ingredients. Vegetables such as striped beets and purple kale also appear.
