Samurai Restaurant Omakase Kyoto is a small Japanese-style sushi omakase restaurant on a quiet street a short distance from Kyoto's sightseeing areas. It serves omakase sushi and wagyu curry, and also runs a hands-on experience where guests make sushi while learning from a sushi chef. In the sushi-making experience, guests make nigiri sushi and California rolls themselves while two chefs guide the process. The shop is on the small side.
