Masuya

Masuya is a small Western-style rice restaurant in Kyoto that serves omurice, curry rice, and tonkatsu. The omurice comes with ketchup-fried rice, and minchi katsu or korokke can be added, along with katsu curry. An English order sheet is available, and many orders are for takeout, so food comes out quickly after ordering. Only cash payment is accepted.
