Kyoto Torihachi is a yakitori restaurant in Shijokarasuma, Kyoto. It serves an omakase course of chicken skewers grilled one at a time over charcoal, with salt, sauce, or wasabi matched to each ingredient. The atmosphere is quiet, and staff keep a comfortable distance without approaching too often. Only the course can be ordered, so individual skewers cannot be chosen separately.
