Kyoto Ebitendon Toku is a Kyoto-style Japanese restaurant in central Kyoto serving tendon, soba, and udon. The shrimp tempura and vegetable tempura are fried crisp, and the portions of rice are large. The restaurant is on the second floor, reached by stairs, where orders are placed by QR code. The buckwheat noodles are less seasoned than those eaten in Korea.
