Kuchibashi Modern

Kuchibashi Modan is a charcoal yakitori omakase restaurant in an alley five minutes on foot from Karasuma Station. After a salad, the chef grills chicken parts in sequence, including seseri, negima, kawa, tsukune and tebasaki, and the meal ends with a choice of rice or ramen. The restaurant runs on an omakase basis, so reservations are recommended. A 9 p.m. reservation closes at 10:30 p.m., which leaves little time for the meal and orders arrive late.
