Kimukatsu

Kimukatsu is a Japanese restaurant in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto, serving plain, cheese, and yuzu kosho tonkatsu. The tonkatsu is eaten with mustard and can be ordered by chosen flavor. The rice is glossy and goes well with the miso soup. The tonkatsu retains oil and the breading separates from the meat.
