Katsukura - Kyoto Porta

Tonkatsu Katsukura Kyoto Porta is a restaurant on the 11th floor of the Isetan department store connected to Kyoto Station, serving tonkatsu and fried shrimp. Diners grind sesame seeds in a mortar and mix them with sauce, and rice, cabbage, and miso soup can be refilled for free. At lunch and dinner, 10 to 15 parties wait, but entry usually takes around 30 minutes. The tonkatsu portions are on the small side.
