Higohisa

Higohisa is a small sushi restaurant in Kyoto run by a husband and wife. It serves sushi and other dishes, and the menu and ingredients are explained in Korean and English. Reservations are taken through Instagram direct messages, and there are only nine counter seats. The seasoning on the food is light and moderate.
