Hashitate is a Japanese restaurant inside Eat Paradise by the west exit of Kyoto Station, serving Kyoto seasonal dishes as rice bowls and soba. It offers a rice bowl topped with alfonsino and yuba somen, and the Hashitate set is eaten ochazuke style. At lunch there is a wait, with one case of waiting about 20 minutes. It sits deep inside the Kyoto Station restaurant area, so it is hard to find on a first visit.
