Chinese Noodles ROKU is a ramen shop in Kyoto that serves sou ramen and duck rice. It sits on the second floor of GOOD NATURE STATION in Inaricho, Shimogyo Ward, a two-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station. The truffle-scented chuka soba comes with porcini and truffle paste, and the shop also offers duck broth dishes. Customers buy a meal ticket at the entrance before sitting at the counter, where the lighting is dim and the interior is finished in wood; when seats fill up, food comes out more slowly and waits get longer.
