Chikaramochi Shokudo is a Japanese home-style restaurant in Kyoto that serves rice bowls, udon, and inari sushi. It draws neighborhood residents and nearby office workers. The tanindon is a beef rice bowl topped with egg, and the curry udon and zaru udon are also available. It opens at 11 a.m., the tanindon comes out quickly after ordering, and a large portion is double the amount.
