Toga Toga is a basement live house near Teramachi Kyogoku in Kyoto that hosts live music. Acoustic sets and full bands play every day, and the stage is deep enough to hold around ten people. Because it is underground, mobile phone signal is weak and electronic payments are difficult. The food is average.
