Rocking chair

Rocking chair is a bar on the walk from central Kyoto toward Kyoto Station. It serves cocktails and Japanese whisky, along with simple snacks such as french fries and cream cheese. Reservations are not accepted, but you can call about 30 minutes before visiting. Smoking is allowed indoors, which makes it hard to stay for long.
