The shop is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and you can eat soft-serve ice cream or have a drink on the sofa in front of the shop while viewing the Shibuya nightscape. Reaching the shop requires going up to the 14th floor, which makes the route there somewhat inconvenient.
