DiCE Shibuya Chitose Kaikan is a locked internet cafe on the third floor of the Chitose Kaikan building, near Shibuya Station. In a private room, you use a PC and DVD player with a large monitor, and you can read manga and magazines and use a free drink bar and soft-serve ice cream whose flavor changes monthly. Membership is shown through a mobile app, and each private room has a charging cable and a circulator, with air conditioning you adjust yourself. The shower room is paid.
