Nadaichi

Nadaichi is an izakaya in Nonbei Yokocho, Shibuya. Its main dish is oden, ingredients simmered in a clear, mild broth, and the staff can recommend sake. The bar opens at 6 PM, but entry at 5:40 or just before 6 still gets a seat, and the owner introduces the ingredients and how to eat them. It sits hidden in a back alley, so it is hard to find at first.
