Setagaya Isono Ramen

Setagaya Isono is a ramen shop in Umegaoka. It serves shoyu wonton ramen and chashu rice, and chicken broth ramen is also available. The owner runs the shop alone, accepts cash only, and closes on Wednesdays. When a line forms, even at weekday lunch it can take 30 minutes to be seated and another 10 minutes for the food to arrive.
