Setagaya Jashumon

Setagaya Jashumon is an old coffee shop in the residential neighborhood of Daita in Setagaya City, Tokyo, selling coffee and cheesecake. The mocha blend has a pronounced acidity, and the menu also includes items such as Anmitsu Coffee and Wiener Coffee. Beside the entrance is the seat where author Mori Mari used to sit, along with antique lighting and old cameras and clocks. It is about a 15-minute walk from the station, and the owner tells stories about the history of Setagaya and Daita and hands out a walking map.
