Knof is a cafe and hair salon in a residential area about a six-minute walk south of Sasazuka Station. It serves cheese and blueberry bagels, pumpkin and chocolate scones, and hand-drip iced Geisha coffee. The building is a renovated old house, and freshly baked bagels are available after 11 a.m. Because it operates as both a hair salon and a cafe, it has few tables.
