Gutara Coffee is a small basement cafe in Tokyo, a six-to-ten minute walk from the north exit of Sangenjaya Station. It serves single-origin coffee with acidity, seasonal desserts, pudding, house-made desserts, and drinks made with seasonal ingredients, and ordered desserts are plated in front of you. The counter seating around the kitchen holds about 10 to 15 seats, and the menu has no photos, so customers order by looking at Instagram photos. Two people run the cafe, so explaining the menu and serving food takes time.
