Yeongdeungpo Market Station

Yeongdeungpo Market Station is a Line 5 subway station near Yeongdeungpo Market in Seoul. Around the station is a wholesale market selling clothing, fruit, vegetables, sporting goods, and toys, and Yeongdeungpo Station is also close by. The platforms sit deep underground, so passengers go down more stairs after passing through the ticket gates. At night the area around the station is dark and somewhat dangerous.
