Seoul Culture Foundation (Sindang Changjak Arcade) is a creative and arts space located in the basement of Jungang Market. Visitors can walk past the work of various artists and look at it. Walking through the market, people stop in front of the pieces and examine them. It is a company office, not a place to eat or order food.
