Dalbit Pocha is a bar in Seoul that serves quesadillas, donkatsu snow cheese tteokbokki, and bajirak suljjim. The bajirak suljjim adds broth without pasta noodles and has a strong butter flavor. There is a record of a visit made in a hurry on a day of heavy snow, parking is not possible, and depending on the time of day it can be quiet with few people. The anju is generally plain.
