Bongcheon-dong Yangdaechang

Bongcheon-dong Yangdaechang is a yangdaechang restaurant near Seoul National University Station in Seoul that grills daechang, makchang, and beef tripe over charcoal. The seasoned tripe and other menu items arrive pre-seasoned and are cooked over charcoal to render out the fat. Staff grill the meat from start to finish, and the tables are spaced widely apart. Yangbap is ordered only in two-person portions.
