Gwanak-gu Office is a Seoul administrative building that handles civil affairs and passport issuance, located 100m from Seoul National University Station Exit 4 toward Seoul National University. The glass-fronted building has a Woori Bank in its basement, along with a library and a public health center. Passport applicants are numerous, so allow extra time, and applications can be submitted until later hours on Thursdays. Civil affairs processing is fast, and weekend parking is free for 3 hours, though the parking area could be larger.
