Durest is a cafe in the Bongcheon-dong area of Sillim, Seoul, selling bear-shaped cakes and fruit-shaped mousse cakes. Its signature dessert, the Sleeping Mango Bear, is coated in chocolate and filled with cream, vanilla sheet, and passion fruit filling, and many customers buy the cakes as gifts. The bear cakes are decorated with fruit pieces to look like a bear lying in bed, and the ice cream can be chosen from several flavors.
