Baeggeumdang

Baekgeumdang is a coffee shop in Seoul that serves cold brew, siphon coffee, soufflé, and cake. It sells only cold brew and siphon coffee, with no espresso-based drinks. The menu board next to the counter can be taken to your seat, orders are one drink per person, and a hot towel is provided. The soufflé arrives hot, but its flavor is ordinary.
