Sake & Salmon is an izakaya in Sillim's Charosugil that serves salmon hoe, draft beer, and sake. Its signature items are salmon sashimi and karai jjamppong, a spicy seafood noodle soup that includes salmon and seafood. A basic snack of warm, crisp fried burdock root comes with the meal. Orders are placed through a QR code at the table, and a restroom is located inside the venue.
