Joseon PUB Edie is a Joseon-style bar in Sillim's Charosugil near Seoul National University Station, serving traditional liquor and cocktails made with Korean spirits. Its drinks include Seoul's Night, Subtropical Makgeolli, and Hyeopjae, paired with mozzarella kimchi jeon, sweet potato cheese jeon, and jjamppong tang. The basement space has changhoji paper on its walls, and the owner makes the Korean liquor cocktails by hand. On weekend evenings a wait forms around 18:30.
