Jeonju Yeinchon

Jeonju Yeinchon, at the entrance to Seoul National University’s back gate on the way to Nakseongdae Park, specializes in makgeolli. A makgeolli set includes one bottle and five tapas-style side dishes, with seven or eight varieties of makgeolli available. Students often visit for group dinners and second-round gatherings. The interior is comfortable for quiet conversations with people at neighboring tables, but do not expect much from the side dishes’ flavor.
