Changwoon Sagonghana

Changun Sagonghana is a small izakaya in Bongcheon, Seoul, focused on aged hoe (raw fish). It serves an assorted aged hoe platter, a tasting set, and grilled fish, with the hoe portioned to the amount ordered. The space holds two tables and three single seats, so a reservation is needed before visiting. One person runs the place alone, so food takes a while to come out.
