Obcha is a small tea house in the Baekhyeon-dong cafe street in Seongnam. It serves a welcome tea and sells milk tea, apple tea, matcha bingsu and desserts. Seating is divided among three small tatami rooms and a counter, and decaf coffee is brewed by siphon. With few seats, a wait forms quickly and there is a time limit.
