ZESTY SALOON Seongsu

Jesty Saloon Seongsu is a handmade burger shop near Seoul Forest in Seoul. Its signature Wasabi Shrimp Burger stacks a thick shrimp patty and whole shrimp with wasabi sauce, onion and perilla leaf. Orders and payment are taken on the first floor, and the food is eaten on the second floor; when the buzzer rings, you go back down to collect it. On weekends or around lunchtime, the wait can run from 37 minutes to an hour.
