Yeongsu Bunsik

Yeongsu Bunsik is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant inside Ttukdo Market in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, serving vegetable gopchang and egg gopchang. The vegetable gopchang keeps to a basic preparation, and egg gopchang, cheese gopchang, and makchang (beef abomasum) bokkeum are also available to order. Lines form on weekday evenings and weekends, while going at off hours means being seated right away. Side dishes include buchimgae and an eomuk soup made with anchovy broth, and bokkeum rice can be added.
