Yangtze River

Yangjagang is a Chinese restaurant near Wangsimni Station in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon and jjamppong. Its menu also includes dishes such as samseon jjamppong, ganjjajang, and tangsuyuk, and the cooking is characterized by wok fire flavor. The restaurant offers separate daily menus and daily set meals, along with kongguksu. There is a dish called jjajang donkatsu, and the tangsuyuk comes with a special sauce and a glossy fried coating.
