Yangdaepo

Yangdaepo is a restaurant in Wangsimni, Seoul, serving lamb, yang daechang, and grilled gopchang. The yang gui modeum and yang galbi are served without a gamey smell, while daechang (beef large intestine), gopchang (grilled intestines), and makchang (beef abomasum) are grilled over hot charcoal. Corkage is free for up to one bottle per table, and meals finish with daechang ramen. The meal comes with sangchu muchim, bean sprouts, corn salad, napa cabbage kimchi, and complimentary dolsot odeng-tang (stone-pot fish cake soup).
