Uweytang in Seoul is a small, tidy restaurant that focuses on malatang and hot pot. It also serves fried rice, guobaorou, and maraban. Bowls of rice are free to take as much as you like, and peanut sauce is available on request. Food, especially malaxiangguo, comes out late.
