Tosangmakhoe is an old hoe restaurant near Wangsimni Station in Seoul that serves flounder hoe and seafood anju. Ordering flounder hoe brings out side dishes one at a time, from sea squirt to grilled shrimp, and finishes with lobster ramyeon. An elderly couple runs the place, so food comes out at a slow pace, and the lobster ramyeon requires ordering the hoe first. The space is small, the chairs and tables at the inner seats are uncomfortable, and the interior is somewhat dirty.
