Tang-Gane

Tanggane is a restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, that serves kimchi stew and meat dishes. It offers kimchi stew made with raw meat and spicy kimchi jjim, and you can also order jeyuk bokkeum and gyeran mari. Most of the side dishes are made in the countryside, and the meat uses aged ingredients. Military personnel eat free of charge.
