Sunsimine Saeng Samgyeop

Sunsimine Saengsamgyeop is a samgyeopsal restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving aged pork belly with house-made side dishes. The pork belly is aged before grilling, and the meal is built around pairing the meat with kimchi. Fried rice is made to order in a wok, and doenjang jjigae can be added alongside it.
