Suhyang

Suhyang is a Chinese restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, Sichuan tangmyeon, udon, rice dishes and cooked dishes. Its main dish is chadong jjamppong, and jjaengban jjajang, tangsuyuk and kkanpunggi can also be ordered. The jjamppong balances the taste of the noodles and the broth, and tangsuyuk is a dish ordered for group meals. The cooking draws out the taste of the ingredients rather than the taste of seasoning.
