Ssak Ssuri Gopchang

Ssam Ssuri Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving pork gopchang, al gopchang, and vegetable gopchang. The gopchang gets more flavorful as it simmers in the spicy broth, and it comes with dongchimi and gyerantang. In the evening a waitlist forms and you write your name down to wait, while on weekdays at 4 p.m. you can walk in without waiting. The spice level is strong, so it is heavy going for anyone who cannot handle spicy food.
