Songgang Jemyeonso

Songgang Jemyenso is a Japanese noodle shop in Seongsu that makes soba and udon from buckwheat and udon noodles pulled in-house. It offers soba with 50% and 80% buckwheat content, and the bukkake soba is eaten mixed with egg. The shop opens at 11:30 AM, and zaru soba comes with unlimited noodle refills. On weekends the ingredients run out around 1:30 PM.
