Somunnan Seongsu Gamjatang (Pork Bone Soup)

Somanan Seongsu Gamjatang is a gamjatang restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving traditional pork-bone gamjatang and single-serving ttukbaegi dishes. The gamjatang comes with pork bones, meat, vegetables, perilla leaf, and enoki mushrooms in a red broth, and it keeps boiling at the table. Lines are long even at weekday lunch, but there is a separate annex, and solo diners can order right away at the single-person corner in the alley to the left inside the entrance. Staff are rude and rush orders.
