Sin Sutbul Taktak

Sin Sutbul Tak Tak is a charcoal-grill butcher restaurant on the third floor of the Majang-dong livestock market in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. You pick and pay for meat on the first floor, then go up to the third floor to grill it. The charcoal fire is strong, and banchan and naengmyeon (cold noodles) come with the meal. Arrive early or there will be a wait.
