Silbiok is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves seaweed hot pot. The meal starts with beef seaweed soup, adds kalguksu and sujebi, and finishes with rice porridge cooked in the same broth. The beef seaweed sujebi hot pot is ordered for two or more people, and lunch involves a wait. The broth is rich, but the flavor is ordinary and becomes tiresome as you eat.
