SHABU in SEOUL

Shab In Seoul Seongsu is a shabu-shabu restaurant near Seongsu Station in Seoul. Diners choose between a spicy mushroom broth and a clear mushroom broth, with first-grade black pork, prime Angus chuck flap, samgyeopsal, and pork collar, served with three sauces and vegetables. Two pots allow different broths at one table, and the meal ends with rose risotto or porridge cooked in the remaining broth. Food comes out at a notably slow pace.
