Seoul Wang Jokbal Bossam

Seoul Wang Jokbal Bossam is a Korean restaurant serving jokbal and bossam, located in the food alley between Wangsimni Station and Hanyang University. Its main dishes are old-style boiled jokbal and bossam made mainly with domestic pork collar. The restaurant has operated in the neighborhood for over 20 years, and Hanyang University students used to order from it at the student council room or the outdoor theater. The jokbal is drier than the bossam.
